About this coloring page
Snow White stands in the cottage doorway with an apple in her hand, seven small stools and seven bowls set out on the table behind her. The Grimm tale dates from 1812 and belongs to everyone — this is drawn from the story rather than from any later screen version. The seven of everything gives the background a rhythm that is oddly pleasing to colour. Ages seven and up.
Printing tips
Set your printer to “fit to page” and turn off headers and footers. Ordinary 80 gsm paper is fine for pencils; use 120 gsm or heavier if you colour with markers so the ink does not bleed through.
