The Emperor`s New Clothes
An emperor processing in his underclothes with a perfectly proud expression, courtiers solemnly carrying an invisible train, and one small child in the crowd pointing. Andersen, 1837. Children find this genuinely funny, and the crowd gives you a dozen small figures to work through.
Printing tips
Set your printer to “fit to page” and turn off headers and footers. Ordinary 80 gsm paper is fine for pencils; use 120 gsm or heavier if you colour with markers so the ink does not bleed through.
