The Wolf in the Bed
A wolf in a nightcap and glasses sitting up in bed under a patchwork quilt, fooling nobody. The quilt is a grid of squares, which turns a joke into a proper colouring exercise. A patchwork quilt is licence to use every colour in the tin in one place, and the wolf underneath it stays funnier for being drawn perfectly seriously.
Printing tips
Set your printer to “fit to page” and turn off headers and footers. Ordinary 80 gsm paper is fine for pencils; use 120 gsm or heavier if you colour with markers so the ink does not bleed through.
