About this coloring page
A fire engine side-on with the ladder raised, hose reels and equipment lockers along the body and a helmet resting on the bumper. Fire engines are close to the perfect subject for a young colourist: the shapes are big and rectangular, the answer to what colour is never in doubt, and the ladder adds a satisfying diagonal across the page. Thick outlines throughout.
Printing tips
Set your printer to “fit to page” and turn off headers and footers. Ordinary 80 gsm paper is fine for pencils; use 120 gsm or heavier if you colour with markers so the ink does not bleed through.
